Receiving and Growing in the Lord

I came to study in the United States from Taiwan in 1982. Under God's sovereign arrangement, I transferred schools and moved from California to Texas in August of the same year. I attended a gospel meeting of the local church in 1984; I heard Witness Lee speak on the great love of God and the three parts of man--body, soul, and spirit (1 Thessalonians 5:23). I thank the Lord that He gave me a simple, willing, and believing heart. I believed and was baptized into the Triune God in the beginning of 1985.

Several years ago, upon reading Witness Lee's messages, I was surprised by his ability to know the deep parts of man and man's true condition. I thought, “Is he one with God?” Since my salvation, I have attended bi-annual conferences in Anaheim, or seen them on videos, I have read the Life-study messages of the Bible and other messages, attended different kinds of church meetings, and contacted the Lord personally. All these gave nourishment to me, granted me much revelation, and helped me to turn back to my spirit to the heart's desire of God, and to love this invisible God. I am deeply thankful for this ministry and for a faithful servant of God who was one with God's determined purpose, God's economy.
